    Intellectual property rights for custom software developed for clients are transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, as specified in the project agreement. FriendsBit retains the right to reference completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

    Any information shared with us during the course of a project engagement will be treated as confidential. We do not share client information, project details, or technical specifications with third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the project using approved subcontractors or tools.

    6. Limitation of liability

    FriendsBit's liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or from services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.
